Q: Does your pricing include taxes/duties?

A: Within Canada, we charge the necessary PST/GST/HST, however outside of Canada buyers are responsible for any duties/taxes that are incurred upon border crossing of your shipment.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: For the VINTAGE & PRE-LOVED COLLECTION: All vintage and pre-loved items are final sale. Please be sure to go over our condition rating page, and also check each items condition report in the description before purchasing. Click here to learn more.

For the ARDOR + WILD COLLECTION: We accept returns on items that are unworn & undamaged, within 14 days of recieving your shipment. We ask that the buyer covers return shipping on all returned items. If there is an issue with your package, please contact us!

 

Q: What are my payment choices?

A: We are currently offering Paypal. PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, bank account, PayPal branded debit and credit cards, PayPal Credit, debit card, and credit card.

 

Q: Why doesn't "REST OF WORLD" shipping include tracking? 

A: We are very sorry, but unfortunately shipping outside of Canada & the U.S. is incredibly expensive with tracking, and we feel we cannot offer this as an option at this time. The prices are out of are control, and based off the shipping couriers.

 

Q: How do we know where our money goes? 

A: We are transparent about where donations are going. Donations are made directly from us to the environmental non-profit we support. All of our donations are documented.
